MyCNumber.com agrees to use its best efforts to keep the website working adequately and all users safe. Please inform us at admin@mycnumber.com about any policy breaks, which are threatening your privacy and safety after you report to the proper law enforcement agencies, if it’s applicable. We respect the intellectual property of other people. If you believe that your rights were violated please notify us for investigation. Any and all disputes arising out of or related to the Term of Use Agreement, Privacy Policy and Safety Tips and/or your relationship with MyCNumber.com, Communicational Identities and/or your use of this website shall be submitted to binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties involved in the arbitration shall evenly divide any and all coasts of the arbitration. Neither party shall be entitled to attorney fees. All parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction in San Diego County, California. The arbitration shall take place exclusively in San Diego County, California at JAMS before a retired judge and shall be governed by California law without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to indemnity and hold MyCNumber.com and Communicational Identities its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees harmless from any losses, liabilities, claims or demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services in violation of Term of Use Agreement, Privacy Policy, Safety Tips and /or arising from breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Safety Tips and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this Contest or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to their members. Proof of age, identity and eligibility must be furnished to Sponsor upon request. Sponsor will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these Contest Rules are not followed. How to Enter
Contest begins August 13, 2008 and ends September 30, 2008. All users of mycnumber.com with active contact numbers-C# are ineligible to participate or win. New contestants may enter the contest by visiting mycnumber.com and completing registration for contact C#. All entries must be finished by fifty-nine (59) minutes and fifty-nine (59) seconds past eleven p.m. (i.e., 11:59:59 p.m.) Central Standard Time on the last day of contest, September 30, 2008 to be eligible for the participation. Drawing will be held the first business days October 1st, 2008 following the Contest period at Communicational Identities; need not be present to win. By participating, contestants agree to accept e-mail messages from MyCnumber.com, Communicational Identities and their respective advertising affiliates.
How to Win
After Contest period, two (2) winners will be randomly selected from among the list of active contact numbers-C# users in the “mycnumber Database.” The mycnumber.com Database is defined as the current list of active contact numbers-C# users entered by fifty-nine (59) minutes and fifty-nine (59) seconds past eleven p.m. (i.e., 11:59:59 p.m.) Central Standard Time on the last day of contest, September 30, 2008. Winner will be notified via e-mail within one (1) week after the drawing (contestants should ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date). The contest winner must send to admin@mycnumber.com e-mail, which include his/her contact number-C#, correct and verifiable name, postal address, phone number, date of birth and e-mail address. Winners are subject to eligibility verification. Winner must claim his/her prize within 30 days at Communicational Identities by e-mail respond to admin@mycnumber.com and prize will be mailed to winner by certified mail after verification. Winner will be required to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver’s license, passport, voting card or similar government issued identification. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. By registering, contestants authorize the use of their name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without compensation and without opportunity for review, except where prohibited by law. Noncompliance may result in forfeiture of the applicable prize. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture. In no case shall the Sponsor be liable in any manner where a winner has not received notification sent from the Sponsor or where the Sponsor fails to receive a response from the winner within the required period.
Prizes and Odds of Winning. There will be a total of two (2) winners.

Terms and Conditions
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with these Contest Rules, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these Contest Rules. Any security breach or other attempt by an entrant or other party to tamper with the proper administration of the Contest will disqualify the entrant and may result in civil or criminal action against the entrant or other party and may result in the discontinuation, suspension, or cancellation of the Contest. Winners and entrants agree, except where prohibited by law, to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the contest entities, their employees, agents and representatives, officers and directors and their immediate families, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and all tax liability that may be imposed or associated with receipt or use of the prizes, and from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses (including personal injury or death) sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any contest-related or prize-related activity. MyCnumber.com and Communicational Identities retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. By entering this Contest, entrants agree that MyCnumber.com and Communicational Identities has the sole right to determine all matters and disputes arising from the Contest and its determination of winners will be final and binding. In the event the selected winner(s) of the prize are/is ineligible or refuse(s) the prize or in the event the prize is forfeited for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. Winners and entrants agree that the laws of the state of California shall govern this Contest. Entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of California; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys’ fees; (iii) and under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above reasons, MyCnumber.com and Communicational Identities reserves the right to terminate contestant’s eligibility to participate in the Contest. In the event that any portion of the Contest is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of MyCnumber.com and Communicational Identities which, in the sole opinion of MyCnumber.com and Communicational Identities corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper determination of the Contest, MyCnumber.com and Communicational Identities reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Contest or any part of the Contest, or any combination of the above. Payment
At the time of registration for your contact number-C# you will pay the activation and monthly fees. To keep your contact number active you will be charged an automatic monthly fee to your credit card. Monthly fee payments for 3 or more months can be made by money orders or cashiers checks posted 10 days before the service expiration date. A $25.00 NSF charge will be applied to bounced checks. The activation and first month fees are non-refundable, payments for Shop C# products all regulated by Shop C# independant vendors' policies and can't be requested or refunded by MyC#.
You may cancel the service at any time after the first month, a refund will be provided for the any monthly fee paid after the date of termination. If your credit card is past due in your payment for any reason, the service may be terminated and contact number deactivated. Reactivation of the service and contact number after termination will produce activation fee charge.

MyCNumber.com is a social online service designed to help people create new contacts, make new friends, have fun with other people with use of wide variety of cyberspace tools. Our services allow our customers to get personal contact numbers and contact number apparel and accessories and create personal profiles connected to that number. All personal profiles are public and can be viewed by any visitor of MyCNumber. It is our customers’ choice as to which kind and amount of private, personal information they would like to reveal in their personal contact number profile. To promote the contact numbers and create new contacts, members need to carry their contact number apparel and accessories in public. Any person carrying the contact number accessories and apparel may be contacted only through the internet, e-mail, cell phones, other phones and electronic communication devices. Any personal contact with any person carrying the contact numbers accessories and apparel without their content is againts our policy and Terms of Use. It is is the sole responsibility of person doing this and can produce a breach of privacy. We are not responsible for any personal contacts between our customers and any consenquences due to it.
Our apparel and accessories do not have any private information on them, only the contact numbers. We advise all our customers to avoid adding any additional info on their apparel and accessories, which can help to identify their place of residency or employment. It’s fun to communicate by e-mail and phone with new people around you, but our customers have to be cautious when they want to meet these people in person.
If you have any doubts about person you are communicating through MyC#, you can gather useful information on www.record-registry.com, Private Eye, Info Guys, USA Record Search and etc. First meetings should always be in a public place and with friends or trusted people present. Our customers can change their profile content at any time and can choose how other people can contact them.
MyCNumber is concerned about the security and safety of our customers and we utilize encryption technology to insure the safety of our online services, transactions and customer information. We’ve taken into account your personal safety requirements, so no personal information except a name or nick name, contact preferences, activation e-mail address and zip code are required for registration. We protect the security of your information through encrypting information through Secure Socket Layers software. Your information is kept in a highly secure environment protected from access by unauthorized parties. MyCNumber.com respects your privacy and treats your information as the most important part of business. We do not sell our customer information to other businesses or provide any personal identifiable customer information to third-party advertisers or websites presented on our site. We are subject to law just everyone else and are required to give information to legal authorities on the basis of proper authorization such as a search warrant or court order. We have the right to share our customer’s name and contact information with our attorney and enforcement officials in the event that we believe our customer has breached our Terms of Use Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Safety Tips.
Only authorized MyCNumber employees, acting within their scope of duties, are authorized to view your contact or billing information.
As with most websites, we use your IP addresses and standard log files to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administrate our website; your IP addresses and referring URL can be use for broad demographic analysis in only aggregate forms without revealing any identifying info regarding any individual member.
MyCNumber.com contains advertising and non-advertising links to variety of third party sites to enhance the member experience. MyCNumber has no control of the Terms of Use, Privacy and Safety of such websites and we encourage you to review their policies prior using them or submitting any info to them.
MyCNumber customer service e-mail communications include periodic e-mails to all members regarding new services, products; order confirmations, customer business communications, renewal and payments notifications, online voluntary customer surveys etc. You can change your email preferences at any time. Our contact numbers, accessories and apparel do not have any personal info about our customers and are designed for electronic and phone communications.
No matter where you go: visiting our website, using MyC Number services, going out, driving, traveling with your contact number on your apparel and accessories, planning to meet somebody in person, common sense and knowledge are your best travel companions. We understand that our customers’ protection is important and have developed some guidelines for you:
Protect your C# profile on www.mycnumber.com. When you used the public computer, always log out after you complete an online session. Your password is a combination of letters and numbers that will keep your password private; don’t give it out to anyone, even somebody claiming to be from our service. MyCNumber.com will never ask you to disclose your password, bank account or Social Security number.
Be careful about revealing your personal info in your profile, which is public space; don’t post info or photos that you wouldn’t to be seen by your neighbors, coworkers or your bosses or others. You can use a nickname for your privacy and security purposes; be careful about inputting your addresses, photos, any info, which can identify your residency or employment. Never give info about your social security number; if you’d like to get mail, use your PO Box number instead your home address.
If you’d like to be contacted by phone use an additional cell phone or prepaid cell phone. It will be helpful and allow you to separate your business and personal calls. E-mail is relatively private, but use your common sense and don’t put any info, which can reveal your identity to unknown people. Learn to recognize and delete junk mail. You can be defrauded online; if an offer is too hard to believe, don’t believe it.
Never click on e-mail links about updating your account, always go to mycnumber.com and to your account; don’t reply to emails or pop-up messages requesting your personal and financial info. Forward spam that is phishing for information to spam@uce.gov or reportohishing@antiphishing.org , if you have been scammed, visit www.consumer.cov/idtheft. MyCNumber.com doesn’t sell our services or products to children under the age of 18. You may use MyCNumber.com only with involvement of parents or guardian if you are under the age of 18. Don’t mislead people that you are older then 18 if you are younger, or younger than 18 if you are older; in both cases our customer service will close your profile and cancel your contact number service without any refunds.
Inappropriate content should be reported to authorities or to MyCNumber at admin@mycnumber.com.
Our business is constantly changing, as do our Policies and Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to check them frequently to be assured about recent changes. We will notify our active customers about significant changes in how we treat the personal information by sending notice to the email addresses on MyCNumber or by special notice on our website.
